Each clothed quest will lie on a comfortable floor mat. The therapist performs a traditional northern style treatment combining acupressure, passive stretching exercises and gentle yoga poses. Your sequence of movements is designed to relieve ligament, tendon and muscular tension throughout the body

Therapeutic Massage

A combination of firm pressure, deep kneading and trigger point therapy are applied to stressed muscle tissue to eliminate the build up metabolic waste in the muscle fibers, ease chronic fatigue and restore a sense of well being. In addition, warm basalt stones  are employed for relaxation.
